  A> Prompt Computer Service, LLC was established 20 years ago.  Our goal was to build long lasting relationships with Hawaii's small business owners by serving them via an "on call" basis.  "On call" quickly became synonymous with dialing "911", hence our domain - cpu911.com.

  As the complexity of "user friendly" systems increased, so did the demand for quality service.  We expanded our services to include small office/home office (SOHO) and residential clients.

  Today our services extend beyond our paradise islands to the United States mainland and international communities in Asia and Europe.

  Our primary focus is service and support - not sales.  Our aim has never been to "sell" the latest in technology; rather it's to make your existing technology work properly and help you get the most from it.

  Through the years we built our business based on:

• prompt, quality service and repair,

• persistence and perseverance,

• a "can do" attitude, and

• integrity and honesty.

With over 37 years of computing experience, our breadth and depth of experience enables us to provide valuable assistance to most computer users.  Our clients span the professions from accountants to welders; international corporations to indigenous Hawaii companies; celebrities to students; and computer professionals to novices.  Working with such a vast cross-section of computer users enables us to share "solutions" and "experiences" across the computing spectrum.

Our philosophy is simple -
